All customers are required to have an registered account to place an order. Please click on the [Login] button in our website to register an account, after that you will receive an register validate email. Please make sure all information is correct and valid, this is to facilitate smooth transaction during the confirmation of the order with you.
In the product page select the item that you want to purchase and click on the [Add to Cart] button, then proceed to the ordering page.
In the ordering listing page it will show the item that you have added to the cart. If you wish to continue shopping just click on the [Continue Shopping] button otherwise you can click [Proceed To Checkout].
Fill in all the require receiver information for each section, then click on the [Continue] button. Check your billing, shipping and details.
Final check all your shipping and payment details and then click on the [Place Order] button to finish your order.
Order Confirmed and Done.
You have successfully completed a purchase order, please check your email for the purchase order receipt.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Free Shipping within Singapore. Order will be shipped in 5 working days upon proof of payment clearance.
We only provide delivery and no self-collection. We will deliver your order via Pos Laju or courier services company which we deem suitable to conduct the delivery services from time to time. You must specify an accessible business or residential address in Singapore for delivery. We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery charges if your delivery is out of Singapore and the company is not responsible for any custom clearance or to obtain approval from relevant authority.
You acknowledgement and acceptance on our dispatch may vary according to availability of the product and any estimated delivery time is merely a guideline and does not take into account any delays caused by or inherent in the postal.
We shall refund your payment within ten (10) working days if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except a transaction fees of 4% charged by the credit card company will be deducted.
Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. Kindly refer to product return policy.
If the product was already out of stock when you made the order, we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for that product arrives. However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you on this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund after deducting the credit card charges of 4%. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience. So if you’re not happy with your purchase, just contact us for a return.
All we ask is that you send the item back to us in the original packaging and in the state you received them with its original packing intact and unused condition.
- You can return your purchase within seven (7) days from the date you received the goods.
- Products must be still in good condition and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your application for returns being rejected.
- We will do a refund only after we received the return item and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
